Say which page and which figure. It gets re-run against the original tester report, and the correction is published with the date on the corrections page. This is the fastest way to get a reply.
Attach the .ex4 or .ex5 file, the symbol and timeframe you want it run on, and the settings file if the defaults are not the intended ones. Anything sent goes in the public queue and gets a page whether it works or not — that is the whole point of the site, so do not send something you need to come out positive.
That is a paid service and the terms are on the testing service page. Read the part about the verdict first: the fee buys publication, never the result.
State the page, the sentence, and what is factually wrong with it. A figure that is right will not be removed because someone dislikes it; a figure that is wrong will be corrected the same day.
